Meet the Team

David DiazDavid Diaz (General Manager)
David has been with Irv Seaver Motorcycles since 1991. Prior to working here he was in car wheel design. Since 1988 David has worked on the Dunlop Road Race Team as a tire and wheel expert. David has been riding motorcycles for the past 30 years. He currently rides an R1150GS.
Brian Bell (Sales Manager)
Brian has been with Irv Seaver since 1979. He has excellent knowledge, past and present, of all BMW motorcycle products. He has attended most major BMW product schools and seminars. Brian is always willing to spend extra time with customers to ensure all of their questions are answered. Brian currently rides anything and everything in inventory. The only thing he doesn't ride is any of his own bikes.

Dale Johnson (Sales Adviser)
Dale has been with Irv Seaver since 1999. After retiring from United Airlines he started his second career working around what he loves most, motorcycles. Dale has been riding motorcycles for 45 years and BMW motorcycles since 1987. He has excellent product knowledge and a commitment to customer service. And he absolutely loves his R1200GS.

Candon McLean (Marketing Director)
Candon is an alumnus of the US Air Force where he worked as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. He found defusing bombs not stressful enough so he entered college and ultimately earned a Master's degree in Linguistics. Suddenly realizing that Academia is rife with academicians, he returned to the real world (joing Irv Seaver in 2006), and is now utilizing his creative and computer skills marketing BMW Motorcycles! Candon is currently riding an R1200C.

David Townsend (Parts Manager)
David has been with Irv Seaver since 2004. He came to us from the new-car industry with 21 years experience. He also served in the Army in the infantry and was a member of the Presidential Honor Guard. He has been riding since 1973 and is currently on a R1200GS.

Jim O’Brien (Apparel Manager)
Jim has been with Irv Seaver since 2002. He was a jet engine mechanic for the Air National Guard. Jim has been riding motorcycles for over 30 years. He has been riding BMWs for the past 10 years, and is currently on an R1200ST.

Victor Kantas (Parts Technician)
Victor comes to us with just under 26 years of motorcycle retail experience. He began his love affair with motorcycles back in 1973, owning approx 17 bikes over the years. Vic is currently riding a Kawasaki, but don't hold that against him...much.

Will Saunders (Parts Technician)
Will is a motorcycle and sports car enthusiast, who has been working in the powersports industry since 2000. His current bikes are a 2007 Triumph Speed Triple, and a 2006 Honda CBR1000RR, but he rides his R1150GS Adventure, Helga, to work.

Joseph Palomba (Service Manager)
Joe has been a Seaver's employee since 2002, and in the motorcycle industry since 1993 as a mechanic on other brand bikes as well as ground up custom street/race bikes. Before that Joe was in the photo industry for 13 years. Employed as Master technician for Minolta cameras, lenses and meters, as well as Northwest Technical Rep, and Field Sales Rep. Joe's been riding for about 30 years now. Honing his mechanical aptitude over the years, Joe chose BMW motorcycles because of their outstanding technological advances and quality of workmanship. Joe has owned over 20 bikes and currently rides an R1200GS.

Debbie Ray (Service Adviser/ Warranty)
Debbie has been with us since 1998 where she started in Parts and later moved on to Warranty. She add Service Adviser to her many accomplishments, and is committed to bringing quality service to Irv Seaver Motorcycle Customers.

Brent Turell (Service Adviser)
Brent has been with us since 2007, and is a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) grad which gives him excellent insight as a service adviser. Brent likes to race motocross, and go deseret racing on his KTMs. Racing is in his blood, back in his youth, Brent was the ABA World Racing Champion. Brent got tired of pedaling, though and is currently riding an R1150R Rockster.

Alex Cervantes (Parts Technician / Everything Guy)
Alex has been with us since 2004, and he is very industrious without a doubt our most valuable team member! Alex receives part orders, details motorcycles, keeps the shop clean, and does just about everything else around here. When he isn't working hard perfoming duties in all departments (and other duties as directed) he creates fabulous paintings and drawings!

Terry Watanabe (Senior, Master, Service Technician)
Irv Seaver employee since 1982 with 40 years experience. Terry loves working on motorcycles, and is one of our Authority Bike Experts.

Tom Tohal (Senior Service Technician)
Tom has been with Irv Seaver Motorcycles since 1979 and has over 30 years experience. Tom loves the Speedway Races, and often takes his daughter to them. He owns several Classic BMWs and is our Classics Tech and loves vintage Restoration. Tom's main bike is a GSXR, but we don't hold that against him; he has some Beemers too.

Jose has been with Irv Seaver Motorcycles since 1999 and has over 31 years experience. Jose loves to ride, and is one of our Authority Bike Experts. He currently rides and R1150R.

Irv Seaver employee since 1991. Arturo rides an R1150R, and love to Salsa Dance. He likes traveling, and being with family.

Irv Seaver employee since 2006. Joe is an Motorcyle Mechanics Institute (MMI) grad, and currently rides an R1100S. Besides working on motorcycles, Joe likes to draw.


Robert "Rob" Faulk (Service Technician)
Rob has been with us since 2007, and is a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) grad. Rob is a Marine Veteran where he worked as a weather forcaster. Originally from Arkansas, Rob started spinning wrenchings in high school, and by the time he was in the Marines decided that working on motorcycles was what he wanted to do. When not working on bikes, Rob likes country and western music, horses, and a few rounds of golf. He currently rides a K1200R.


Robert "Bo" Cubberley (Service Technician)
Bo has been with us since 2007, and is a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) grad. Bo is a workaholic, and has a passion for all things mechanical (he's taken apart nearly everything mechanical he owns). When not working on motorcycles or taking things apart, Bo like to ride his Buell M2 Cyclone [we won't hold that against him]. Originally from Julian, CA, Bo also likes to go off-roading, dirt bike riding, and take trips to Glamis
